Alarfeen Real Estate is Looking for the Appropriate Candidate who is having Good Command Over Language and Communication skills. Job Role:

Call prospective clients & cold-calling clients to introduce investing projects and offer to them.
Influence clients to buy properties by following a prepared sales talk to give property information and price quotations.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of properties.
Addressing clients' uncertainties, and make suggestions.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
Updating the Calls sheet once the calls are done.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions
Handle rejection
