Attending calls for existing and new customers. Listening to the customer's needs, ask relevant questions and engage the customers to generate repeat sales.
Negotiations with clients, quotas, to identify their budget and requirement.
Handling client from lead generation till check out.
Ensuring that the rental amount received before check out.
Maintain and update Customer Database.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reviews to products.
Keeping up to date on all inventory in hand. Meeting with operation manager for daily rates update.
Portals Management including Booking.com, Airbnb etc
Telemarketing, advertising mediums.
REQUIREMENTS
IMMEDIATE JOINERS (Visit or cancelled Visa)
(no notice period),
3 Years' Experience
in 5 Hotel Back ground or Holiday Homes required or Real Estate. Solid experience in
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(like Opera, RMS) also required
Arabic
speaking is must.
Attractive and can also speak English well.
A highly responsible and Confident individual and attention to details is a must.
Should be flexible with timings.
The selected candidate will get a fixed basic salary plus commission. We have a fantastic open work environment.
