Job Description

At Limited Edition Vacation Homes, we specialize in premium short term vacation rentals. We are expanding our portfolio of properties and the role involves sourcing properties from owners and landlords on

sub

lease

or

management

for the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Units for the Short Term Rental Portfolio



Build and maintain a strong network of property owners and brokers to source new units for the Company on lease management Negotiate agreements with owners and assist in the smooth onboarding of new units Ensure the conversion of leads into signed agreements with property owners

Leasing of units from the Company's Portfolio



List properties on platforms such as Bayut, Dubizzle and PropertyFinder for weekly, monthly leasing Attend to leads and negotiate with potential clients Maintain a relationship with brokers for leasing of the Company's units

Salary Structure



Fixed basic salary along with attractive commission linked to onboarding or leasing each property for the Company

Ideal Candidate



Strong background in

real estate brokerage (sales or leasing) or holiday homes

. Excellent networking and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Real Estate Brokerage or Holiday Home: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Required)
