We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, introducing and promoting our property listings, and generating qualified leads. This role plays a key part in supporting our sales efforts and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate offerings (including off-plan and ready properties).
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable options.
Maintain a strong knowledge of available inventory, pricing, and market trends.
Schedule appointments for the Sales Team with interested clients.
Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle objections effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and coordination.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong communication and persuasive skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
