Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communication with clients, providing customer service and support, sales activities, and training related to real estate products and services.

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and real estate? Elite Bricks Real Estate is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai!

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule property viewings

Follow up with existing leads and maintain client relationships
Understand client needs and match them with suitable property options
Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly targets
Maintain records in the CRM and ensure accurate data entry

What We're Looking For:

Arabic Speaker

Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in real estate

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven

Based in Dubai
