Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads
Qualify leads and understand client requirements
Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional communication
Requirements
Fluency in
Portuguese
(spoken and written) is mandatory
Good command of
English
Previous experience in telesales, call center, or real estate is preferred
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude
