Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote property listings and services.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries.
Identify client needs and offer suitable property solutions.
Set appointments for property viewings with senior sales consultants.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions using CRM systems.
Achieve weekly/monthly telesales targets and KPIs.
Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Provide excellent customer service and answer client queries professionally
