Job type: Full time This role is only for Arabic Speaking Candidates who are based in the UAE and can join immediately. Zylostar Education is looking for a Candidate who is ambitious, and ready to accept a challenging and rewarding career in the FOREX industry. Perfect for an individual who wants to learn, develop and become a Stock/ FX Broker.
- Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches
- Manage and handling large amounts of calls and dealing with all clients satisfaction.
- Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
- Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Ensures all key performance indicators for customer satisfaction are achieved, including agreed service levels, quality standards and productivity.
