Customer Care Agent Job :

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with patients through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving patients' complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of patients, or clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Customer Care Agent Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree.
• Past experience in Homecare, or Medical Center is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
• Skillful using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Fluency in English is a must.
