Job type: Full time This role is only for Arabic Speaking Candidates who are based in the UAE and can join immediately. Perfect for an individual who wants to learn, develop and become a Stock/ FX Broker. Responsibilities 1. Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches
2. Manage and handling large amounts of calls and dealing with all clients satisfaction.
3. Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
4. Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
7. Ensures all key performance indicators for customer satisfaction are achieved, including agreed service levels, quality standards and productivity Requirements:
1. Proven work experience at least 1 year as a Telesales Representative for any stock/forex broker, Telecaller, or a similar position in the Sales department
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills Benefits:
