Must have worked in Telesales or Customer support.
Job Purpose:
Order Management
Answer "incoming or make outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status. Process orders received through online channel. Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products. Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
Client acquisition/New Sales
- Onboard new Clients through outbound calling; driving sales.Client Relationship
- Provide support to clients ensuring on time delivery of products.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
