We are looking for the Customer Care Executive (Tagalog Speaker) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients or bloggers. This role involves handling customer or blogger inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer or blogger satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer or blogger-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer or blogger inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer or blogger issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers or bloggers.
Maintain customer or blogger records and update account information as necessary.
Escalate complex customer or blogger issues to higher management when necessary.
Achieve and maintain a high level of customer or blogger satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers or bloggers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
Proven ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
Must can speak English and Tagalog.
