Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound cold calls
to potential and existing customers to promote automation products and solutions.
Maintain a
daily minimum of 30 connected calls
- this is mandatory.
Generate new leads independently
through research, cold calls, and digital outreach.
Use
CRM software
to manage customer data, interactions, and sales pipelines.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
Execute
WhatsApp sales campaigns
, follow up with interested leads, and report campaign outcomes to the manager.
Submit
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
on sales activities and performance.
Follow up with the technical team to ensure completion of post-sale service and installations.
Update FAQs and messaging templates based on real customer interactions and questions.
Handle objections professionally and
negotiate to close deals
while delivering excellent service.
Stay updated on automation product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategy based on customer and market feedback.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
(English proficiency is a strong advantage).
Prior experience in
telesales
, preferably in
automation systems
(e.g., gates, barriers, access control, smart home).
Proven ability to
generate leads and close sales
over the phone or through digital platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using
CRM tools
to manage and track customer interactions.
Ability to manage pressure, handle objections, and meet/exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to independently plan and manage WhatsApp-based marketing and outreach.
