Female Sales Executive
to drive business growth through strong relationship-building and client management.
Job Purpose:
To generate and convert leads into clients by promoting IMTF's home health care services across various segments including individuals, corporates, and healthcare partners. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from client acquisition to onboarding, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and approach potential customers through online channels, field visits, referrals, and cold calls.
Develop new B2B and B2C partnerships including hospitals, clinics, insurance brokers, hotels, and corporates.
Attend healthcare events, exhibitions, and wellness campaigns to promote services.
2. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the inquiry, booking, and follow-up process.
Develop trust-based, long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
3. Sales Execution
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Prepare and deliver professional service presentations.
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to management.
4. Collaboration & Support
Coordinate with operations, nursing staff, and dispatch team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Share client feedback with management to improve service offerings.
Support digital marketing efforts with customer stories, testimonials, or local networking.
Requirements:Mandatory:
Female candidate (due to job nature and client interaction)
Native or fluent
Arabic speaker
Fluent in English (verbal & written)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
Sales

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Presentable, confident, and target-oriented
Strong follow-up skills
Preferred:
UAE driving license
Familiarity with Dubai and other Emirates
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based sales
