Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Goal-oriented and results-driven attitude.
High level of professionalism and patience.
Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
