Rukn Al Wadi Custom-Made Furniture is seeking a motivated and confident Female Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers through cold calling, managing inbound leads, and providing excellent customer service to convert prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our custom-made furniture offerings and convert the potential leads into client.

Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and digital platforms

Build strong client relationships and follow up consistently to close sales

Maintain an accurate record of client interactions and sales activities

Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Provide detailed product information and guide customers through the buying process

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred due to team requirements

Previous experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the furniture or interior industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Confidence in handling objections and turning inquiries into conversions

Strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
