With branches in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, we continue to set the standard in creative events and pavilions. : We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telemarketing and Conference Executive for our Abu Dhabi office. This is a temporary, on-site position ideal for candidates with a passion for sales, customer service, and the MICE sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for: . Generating leads through tele-calling and targeted outreach. . Supporting and assisting potential clients and conference participants. . Executing sales and following up to ensure high conversion rates. . Maintaining effective communication with clients, attendees, and internal teams. . Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after events. . Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handling on-site responsibilities during events. Requirements: . Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or sales. . Strong customer service and support skills. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Ability to work effectively in a team and take on-site responsibilities. . Prior experience in the MICE industry is an advantage. . Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. . Female candidates preferred. . Must be based in Abu Dhabi or able to commute around Abu Dhabi. . Immediate joiners preferred.
