Urgent Hiring: Civil Engineer (On-Site and Office)

Sustainable Solutions Project Management (SSPM) is looking for a

Civil Engineer

with

6 to 7 years of construction experience in the UAE

to join our team. This role involves a combination of

on-site

and

office-based

responsibilities.

Location:

Must be available to work in Abu Dhabi Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and quality control Ability to work both on-site and in an office environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of local regulations and standards
Job Responsibilities:On-Site Duties:

Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project progress aligns with timelines and quality standards Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance and resolve any on-site issues Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during construction phases Troubleshoot and address technical issues that arise on-site promptly
Office Duties:

Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and project documentation Collaborate with the project management team to align on project goals, timelines, and budgets Handle project-related administrative tasks, including report generation and documentation Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and prepare technical reports Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project proposals Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met
