Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries from prospective students interested in our programs. Provide detailed information about our courses, programs, admission processes, and financial aid options. Counsel students based on their academic background, goals, and career aspirations. Follow up with leads through phone, email, and messaging to ensure maximum conversions. Maintain accurate student records and regularly update the CRM system. Support and actively participate in educational events, webinars, and seminars to promote the company's programs. Meet monthly performance targets related to calls, lead conversions, and admissions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (in any field).

Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or counseling is a plus.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping students. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective students. Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office). Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus (Hindi).
