to lead our consulting team and help scale our operations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a

highly motivated and experienced Manager

to oversee our education consultancy operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of international education systems, leadership capability, and a proven track record in student recruitment or education advising.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of education consultants and support staff Develop and implement strategies to grow student recruitment and university partnerships Oversee counseling activities and ensure service excellence Maintain and expand relationships with international institutions and stakeholders Monitor student application processes, visa filings, and follow-ups Ensure compliance with relevant international education policies Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations for the team Represent the company in local and international education fairs, events, and exhibitions

Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in education consulting or international student recruitment Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Management, International Relations, or a related field Proven leadership or team management experience Strong knowledge of study abroad destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure Arabic language skills are a plus (but not mandatory) Must be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate
