Role Overview:
Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking an experienced Telecom Inspector to join our QA/QC team for ARAMCO projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom systems inspection within the oil & gas industry and must be ARAMCO approved and CBT passed.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect installation and testing of telecom systems (LAN, Telephone, Process & Security CCTV, Fiber Optics, etc.)
Ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards, ITPs, and project specifications.
Review FAT/SAT, method statements, and vendor documentation.
Verify cable terminations, splicing, and signal testing.
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and maintain QA/QC logs.
Coordinate with Aramco PID for joint inspections and approvals.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Communication, or Instrumentation Engineering
ARAMCO Approved and CBT Passed (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years' experience in telecom inspection (oil & gas projects)
* Knowledge of OSP & PDS systems, BICSI-TDMM, NEC, and NESC standards
