Mandatory: Speak fluent English while interacting with customers.
Capture short customer videos (before/after service, customer experience).
Take
video feedback
and testimonials for social media use.
Assist in posting or sharing content on social media platforms.
Maintain proper customer records and appointment schedules.
Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Fluent English speaking is mandatory.
Video capturing skills are mandatory (phone recording acceptable).
Basic understanding of social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer queries politely.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
