Telecalling Executive
to support our business development and influencer marketing operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction, lead generation, and working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and present Ahlan Dubai's influencer marketing services
Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Handle client inquiries professionally and provide correct service information
Coordinate with influencers and internal teams when required
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Call Center Agent
Experience in media, digital marketing, or influencer marketing is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Target-oriented, confident, and energetic personality
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
