We are looking for a motivated
female Telecaller
to join our team for
outbound calls
. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English, or Tagalog
and a proven track record in outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential and existing clients.
Promote products/services and handle client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Female candidate.
Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience.
Fluent in
Hindi, English, or Tagalog
.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Customer service experience.
Ability to handle rejections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.
