Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential and existing customers to promote products/services or resolve queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound and Inbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Customer Engagement:

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads by identifying potential customers. Update the customer database with relevant information.

Sales and Promotion:

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Persuade customers to purchase products or services.

Problem-Solving:

Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

Documentation:

Maintain call logs and update CRM software regularly. Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales, and other activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or in sales is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in [insert languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Personality Traits:

Friendly and outgoing demeanor. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
