Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and handle inquiries.
Answer incoming calls and provide relevant information to customers in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Manage team schedules efficiently to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a positive and friendly approach while interacting with customers.
Requirements:
Preferred Tagalog-speaking female candidate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is an advantage.
Ability to manage and coordinate team schedules effectively.
Basic knowledge of computers is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
