Job Description

The Digital Banking Products Lead is responsible for designing and delivering innovative digital banking solutions that enhance customer experience and align with the banks broader business objectives. The role involves leading a team in developing, optimizing, and launching digital products across online, mobile, and emerging fintech channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital banking offeringsideation, design, development, launch, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization.
• Shape and deliver the digital strategy and product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
• Drive digital transformation by integrating emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, open banking APIs, blockchain) into new and existing products.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders in IT, marketing, compliance, risk, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of digital initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement in digital banking products.
• Oversee the implementation of user-centric design principles, ensuring top-tier customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor product performance through data analytics and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
• Ensure products comply with all regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in leading digital product development within the banking or fintech sector.
• Proven track record in managing digital roadmaps, agile squads, and successful product launches.
• In-depth knowledge of digital banking platforms, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving abilities.
