Position:

Telecaller / Sales Associate

Location:

Deira, Dubai

Experience:

6 months to 1 year preferred (Freshers are also welcome)

Gender:

Female candidates only

Availability:

Immediate joining

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services Handle client queries and provide accurate information professionally Maintain and update client records in the system Follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication and successful conversions Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented Ability to handle calls and work under minimal supervision Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred) Language preference:

Malayalam, Nepalese, Tagalog, or Hindi

(multilingual candidates preferred) Immediate joiners are highly encouraged
