Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective customers in the UAE and overseas.
Promote company products or services and explain features, pricing, and offers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-up schedules using CRM software.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in outbound telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Fluent in Hindi, English, and Tagalog
(speaking and understanding).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM software).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
