Conduct daily outbound calls to potential leads generated through online portals, marketing campaigns, and property inquiries.
Qualify and categorize leads based on interest, urgency, and budget.
To build client interest and schedule property viewings or meetings.
Provide clients with information related to current property inventory, pricing, payment plans, and availability.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve performance
Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance
