Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, or provide support. You must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients from the provided database. Promote products or services and explain their benefits clearly. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as needed. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline. Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a high level of professionalism on all calls.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or similar role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English]. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle stress and rejection. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. Self-motivated and results-driven.

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual abilities. Experience in sales, customer service, or BPO/call center roles. Knowledge of the company's industry or product line.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 10.00am - 7.00 pm Company Visa Will Be Provided and Medical Insurance

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
