Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional who can efficiently handle telecalling activities, administrative responsibilities, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs, follow up with leads, and update CRM/records regularly.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
2. Front Desk Operator Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle visitor check-ins, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes.
Answer and route calls to appropriate departments.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
3. Administrative Executive Duties
Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Support HR/Management in organizing meetings and events.
Coordinate courier services, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + local language).
Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage front desk and admin tasks efficiently.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, front desk operations, or administrative work.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
