Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Explain facility offerings, membership packages, and promotions to prospective customers
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
Follow up on leads and generate sales through effective communication
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Coordinate member registrations, renewals, and payments
Support the admin team with daily tasks and reporting
Ensure smooth front desk operations during working hours
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Hindi, Malayalam, or Tagalog is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service or sales (fitness or hospitality sector is an advantage)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Positive attitude, confident personality, and presentable appearance
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
