Support day-to-day office operations and facilities management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Ensure effective communication between departments
Skills:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or Administrative Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
