Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
Retain existing customers by resolving issues and addressing concerns
Promote company products and services to increase revenue
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on calls
Achieve individual and team sales/retention targets
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluent in
English and Arabic
(both required)
Proven experience in tele sales, customer retention, or call center environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
Female candidates are preferred
Candidates must be able to handle their own visa
Salary Range: AED 3,000 - 4,000 (based on experience) + Commission
