Job Description
We are looking for a motivated
Tele sales / Retention Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, retain existing customers, and contribute to revenue growth.Female candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers Retain existing customers by resolving issues and addressing concerns Promote company products and services to increase revenue Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on calls Achieve individual and team sales/retention targets Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluent in
English and Arabic
