Tele Sales & Retention Specialist

, you'll play a critical role in

retaining clients, handling complex cases, and driving customer satisfaction

. Whether it's resolving cancellations, negotiating solutions, or managing high-pressure situations, you'll be the

go-to expert

for saving the day!

What You'll Do:

Customer Retention & Problem-Solving

- Handle cancellation requests, complaints, and customer escalations.

Sales & Negotiation

- Persuade and retain clients through strong negotiation tactics.

Multi-task & Decision Making

- Work independently while making quick, effective decisions.

Reporting & Analysis

- Track and analyze data (Excel skills are a plus!).

Collaboration

- Work closely with different teams to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

Sales Experts

- Background in

outbound sales, telesales, banking, insurance, loans, credit card management, or medical sales

.

Retention Pros

- Experience in

customer support, back-office, or 2nd line support

(preferably in banking or telecom).

Strong Communicators

- Proven

negotiation & persuasion
