Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries Promote and explain the institute's courses and services Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Provide excellent customer service and support Work closely with the academic and marketing teams
Requirements:
Fluency in
Russian
andArabic

andEnglish
Previous experience intele sales or customer service
(preferred) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Positive attitude and target-driven mindset Must becurrently residing in the UAE
