Key Responsibilities:
Promote company services to hospitals, clinics, and recruitment agencies.
Generate leads and follow up via email, phone, and digital platforms.
Maintain client records and support onboarding processes.
Meet monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing (healthcare industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
