This is a commission-only role - no fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and warm leads for real estate sales
Present property offerings and investment opportunities over the phone
Convert qualified leads into property viewings and closings
Maintain a strong follow-up system and CRM records
Work closely with the sales and property listing team to ensure conversion
Meet and exceed monthly target KPIs for calls and conversions
skills
Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset
Good spoken English (Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a plus)
Confident speaking on the phone and handling objections
Must be currently based in the UAE
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
