Key Responsibilities
Answer calls, WhatsApp, chat, and emails.
Share product, stock, payment, and delivery details.
Confirm COD orders and reduce failed deliveries.
Create and follow up on orders, returns, and refunds.
Handle customer complaints politely and effectively.
Call warm leads and promote offers when suitable.
Log interactions in CRM and meet daily targets.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
Good phone manner, fast typing, and ability to work under pressure.
Ready to work on rotating shifts.
