Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Online Tele-Sales Executive (English Speaking) who can confidently handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp leads, and follow-up communication. Your goal is to convert warm leads into active customers for our fitness and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

Handle daily inbound and outbound calls to warm leads Respond to WhatsApp and online inquiries Explain fitness programs clearly and confidently Maintain CRM records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Provide excellent customer service Assist with online meeting coordination and scheduling
Requirements

Must be physically living in the UAE Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Previous experience in tele-sales or customer support preferred Confident, energetic, and target-oriented Ability to work efficiently from home (stable WiFi and quiet environment) Basic knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus but not mandatory Must be available to start immediately
