Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products/services.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product features.
• Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and customer engagement.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Basic computer skills (CRM software, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
