Visa and medical insurance providedWe are seeking a driven Tele?Marketing Executive (female, fluent in Malayalam and English; Arabic is a plus) to join our cleaning services team. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote cleaning services Explain service features, benefits, pricing, and available packages Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-up records in CRM Follow up on leads to convert them into scheduled bookings Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets Provide excellent customer service and professionally respond to inquiries
Qualifications
Female candidate, fluent in Malayalam and English (Arabic is a plus) Previous experience in tele?sales or tele?marketing (ideally 1+ year) Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Comfortable handling objections and rejection Proficient with phone systems and CRM tools Available to start immediately; Dubai residents preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
