Job Description

The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, promoting company services/products, and building strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound calls. She will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional representation of the company at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate appointments or leads. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings. Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and forward them to the sales/operations team. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel sheets) with accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets set by management. Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve service and marketing strategies. Handle objections and queries in a professional and customer-centric manner. Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage). Pleasant telephone etiquette and persuasive speaking ability. Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer objections positively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, email handling). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred). Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a related field. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Work Environment

Office-based role (with working hours as per company policy). Professional dress code and positive attitude required.
