Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Explain products and services clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and maximize sales opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate to the relevant department when needed.
Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - English and Hindi
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
