Telecaller
to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
Book meetings and appointments for the sales team with high-intent prospects.
Understand customer requirements, answer queries clearly, and provide suitable solutions.
Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during conversations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Handle a high volume of outbound calls while meeting daily and monthly targets.
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
Make reminder and confirmation calls for scheduled appointments.
Requirements & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in telesales (Real Estate)
Experience working with CRM systems
Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in the UAE market or call center environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English with clear pronunciation and proper grammar.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated attitude.
