Answering customer questions, addressing issues, and providing support for products or services.
Lead generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers and follow-up on leads to convert them into sales.
Record keeping:
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in a database or CRM system.
Customer relationship management:
Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Achieving targets:
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and call-handling performance goals.
Collaboration:
Working with other team members and departments to improve sales strategies and customer service.
