You will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or resolving inquiries. A successful tele caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or follow up on leads.
Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries, complaints, or requests.
Provide information about products or services using scripts.
Record customer information accurately in the database.
Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain professional tone and manner at all times.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
Patience, persuasion, and resilience.
Can speak english and arabic
