Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Outreach:

Call, message, and email a list of contacts including referral partners, prospective property sellers, and buyers to introduce business opportunities and services.

Lead Generation:

Conduct online research to identify and qualify new prospective referral partners.

Follow-Ups:

Maintain timely and consistent follow-up communication with previously contacted leads to schedule meetings or virtual calls with the Sales Advisor.

Client Engagement:

Send regular communication via WhatsApp and email to nurture relationships with the existing network of potential business partners and clients.

Administrative Support:

Assist the Sales Advisor with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination as required.

Qualifications and Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's Degree required

Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with prior corporate or client-facing experience. (Female candidate's preferred)

Communication Skills:

Strong spoken and written English communication skills. Must be confident and professional while interacting over phone calls.

Research Proficiency:

Ability to perform effective online research using standard search engines and AI tools like ChatGPT.

Professional Messaging:

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over WhatsApp and email, ensuring tone and language reflect business standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
