Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Tekla Detailer
to join our engineering and fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bothmodelling and detailing
of structural and miscellaneous steel works, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.Key Responsibilities
Develop
3D models
of structural and non-structural steel using Tekla Structures. Produceshop drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication details
. Generatematerial lists, bolt lists, CNC/NC files
, and other deliverables from Tekla. Review and interpretIFC drawings
; identify discrepancies and raise RFIs. Coordinate withdesign engineers, project managers, and workshop teams
. Ensure compliance withproject specifications, codes, and fabrication standards
. Revise and update models/drawings as per client or site changes. SupportQA/QC
requirements by ensuring accuracy of drawings and outputs.Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering. Minimum 3 years' experience in
Tekla Structures
for steel detailing. Strong knowledge ofsteel connections, fabrication, and erection practices
. Familiarity with Dubai municipality standards preferred. Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
